Baker wants another pay off
Officer Baker has pulled over the x-plumbing inspector of Rolling Meadows, a state licensed plumbing contractor, a Chicago licensed plumber, a licensed back flow inspector, 12 times while driving his trucks, trailers, tractors................Baker told him "I can give u a ticket for over weight, no matter what u have on your truck, even empty".
Creep Baker just has to make a statement and to let this poor plumber know who the boss is.
The plumber don't realize that until Baker gets a pay off, this harassment will not stop.

What would a palatine cop be doing at a Chase, drive up window, at 5:00am on a Saturday morning?
Getting a $5 for breakfast? or depositing a pay off?
Let me give u a hint, not a stake out, not a report.
Every one at the police station looking at the screen know exactly where he is and probably know what he is doing.
This transactions (and probably more) was and is recorded on the Banks security cameras.
I doubt this cop was stupid enough to put this money in his account and he cannot have it on him during shift change.
But the time stamp on the banks video, connecting it to the ATM machine and 5th grader can do the rest.

Honor or Honour (see spelling differences), (from the Latin word honos, honoris) is the evaluation of a person's trustworthiness and social status based on that individual's espousals and actions. Honour is deemed exactly what determines a person's character: whether or not the person reflects honesty, respect, integrity, or fairness. Accordingly, individuals are assigned worth and stature based on the harmony of their actions, code of honour, and that of the society at large. Honour can be analysed as a relativistic concept, i.e., conflicts between individuals and even cultures arising as a consequence of material circumstance and ambition, rather than fundamental differences in principle. Alternatively, it can be viewed as nativist — that honour is as real to the human condition as love, and likewise derives from the formative personal bonds that establish one's personal dignity and character.
